Using Hewins Prime Grade Oak, the Oakwrights team have designed and manufactured the traditional style entrance door with direct glazed sidelight, the 3 leaf sliding and folding doors leading onto the patio area and garden beyond and the statement quarter turn Oak staircase with glass balustrade. The choice of Oak has given a warm and traditional touch to this countryside home, whilst the clever pairing with glass also gives a light, airy and contemporary feel to the property.

A new build country farmhouse was the challenge put to the Joinery Team at Oakwrights, and they surely delivered! Naturally, the project required a touch of traditional farmhouse style whilst keeping it light and modern...

Not only did the team deliver with the charming entrance and patio doors (using Air Dried Prime Grade Oak), the use of Kiln Dried Prime Grade Oak for the quarter turn staircase ensured a clean look, but also gave subtle, natural character - working well with the exposed stone walls and vintage-inspired lighting. Combining the Oak handrail and newels with a glass balustrade maximised light ensuring an airy, contemporary feel too.

All in all the expert design and craftsmenship has given this property a modern style with a traditional twist!
